Great location, amazing breakfast. I loved how the hotel arranged a vase for the beautiful flowers I wanted in my room, just like the helpful staff did for another guest in the database. Definitely worth the stay, even with the minor hiccups. Overall I'd recommend it.

Staying here was the perfect choice for my trip. The location was spot on – right in the middle of everything. I could easily walk to all the great landmarks and attractions. The room was fantastic with plenty of space and all the amenities I could need such as the mini-bar, air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi. The staff were amazing, but one woman, in particular, stood out for her attentiveness and professionalism. The restaurant was a real highlight too, serving up delicious breakfasts and offering in-room dining. this place was everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Very good staff and location - they offered a great stay on the previous visit. The breakfast included cheese and sausages. Everything was good as expected, yet the bathroom was too small. Close vicinity, just 5 minutes on foot to Independence Square subway station, was a big plus.

Great location, very close to the city center and main attractions. The hotel staff was attentive and friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious, with a nice view. I also appreciated the option of connecting my phone to the wall to listen to my personal music in the room.

The noise from the nearby club was unbearable, especially for someone trying to get a good night's sleep during a business trip. the lack of inclusive breakfast was disappointing.

The hotel is the perfect location for those who want to explore the city center. It is situated in a prime spot surrounded by all the major tourist attractions. The staff members are efficient and friendly, always ready to give a helping hand. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the bathrooms are well-appointed with modern equipment.

One inconvenience was that the arranged shuttle bus didn't end up receiving us at the airport as promised.
